This OJK Regulation (POJK) is an implementing regulation of Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (UU P2SK), which mandates the regulatory and supervisory authority of the Innovative Technology-Based Financial Sector (ITSK) and digital financial assets, including crypto assets, to be carried out by OJK. The scope of ITSK, as stipulated in UU P2SK, includes market enablers, of which the wealthtech/Financial Services Aggregators (PAJK) are included.
