This OJK Regulation (POJK) is issued to implement its post-transfer regulatory and supervisory authority of financial derivatives from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI), including financial instruments that are the subjects of futures contracts, sharia derivatives contracts, and/or other derivatives contracts related to underlying assets in the form of securities.
